IF SOMETHING ISN'T RIGHT

Damaged or not as described? We replace it or refund you in full. Send us a video or photos within 30 days — you send nothing back.

Changed your mind? You have 30 days. Keep the sofa and we refund 30% of what you paid. Sofas can't be shipped back at a reasonable cost, so there's no freight to book and no box to repack.

We recommend filming your unboxing. It takes 30 seconds and turns any damage claim into an instant replacement.

One-year warranty on the frame and manufacturing defects, for normal household use. Does not cover wear, stains or accidental damage. Full terms on our Returns page.

PAYING SAFELY

Checkout is handled by PayPal — you don't need a PayPal account, and you can pay by card. Every order is covered by PayPal Buyer Protection: if your sofa never arrives or isn't as described, PayPal refunds you directly.
