Where your order ships from

All AHSARO LA MAISON furniture ships from our warehouse in the United States. Nothing travels from overseas, so there's no customs delay and no import fee waiting for you at the door.

Delivery estimate

Most orders leave our warehouse within 3 days and arrive within 3 to 7 business days.

Shipping cost

Free on every order, anywhere in the United States. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay — nothing is added at checkout, and nothing is charged afterwards.

Tracking

Your order ships with UPS. A tracking number is emailed to you the moment it leaves the warehouse. If it hasn't arrived in your inbox, check your spam folder first, then write to us at Ahsaro290@gmail.com with your order number.

Delivery day

UPS delivers to your door. Drivers don't carry pieces upstairs, unpack them, or take the packaging away. Sofas arrive boxed and flat-packed, so plan for two people to move the box into the room where you want it.

Check the box before you sign

Take a minute to look the packaging over while the driver is still there. If you see damage, note it on the driver's paperwork before signing and send us a photo the same day at Ahsaro290@gmail.com. Pieces damaged in transit are replaced at no cost to you — and we recommend filming your unboxing, which makes any claim immediate.
